Somewhere inside the northern region, a young man could be seen standing in front of the double-story house with a solemn expression on his face.
“She is not here, is she still inside the lin clan manor,don’t tell me she is after yohan and decided to kill him tonight on her own, last night she was looking furious and wanted to make her move before the cultivation suppression potion stopped working but at that moment I thought she was drunk and don’t mean it anything that she said to me,”that young man pondered as he wiped the cold sweat from his face before looking here and there to confirm that he is alone at that place.
“damn it what should I do now, should I go inside the lin clan manor and look for her there but what if someone catches me in that attempt, I am just a guard and dont allowed to go inside the manor, what am I supposed to do now, how could she be so careless,” that young man mumbled as he saw a lock on Catherine’s living quarter, this young man was Raiden who came looking her sister Cathrine but unfortunately he didn’t find her here in her living quarters.
Raiden was not aware Of anything that happened in the morning, he came here to discuss their next plan because they have only one day left to make their move before the potion stopped working.
“I need to find her before anything happens to her, in her rage, she dont care about anyone or anything, what if she put herself in danger doing something stupid, that yohan is not someone who is underestimated by anyone, that crafty bastard was looking very different last night when he came to the city, he was giving me creepy vibe,” Raiden mumbled to himself and with the thought of finding her sister he started walking in the direction of the lin clan but after taking a few steps he halted his movement as he felt something wrong and in instant, he looked in the particular direction with a dark expression on his face but to his surprise there was nothing, the entire place was empty and no one was there he was all alone standing there surrounded by various servant buildings.
“What was that am I hallucinating, I just felt that someone was watching from that roof, maybe I am overthinking, it’s because I am feeling suppression and a a little bit of fear of losing my elder sister” he gulped and mumbled to himself, and tried to calm down a little bit but the moment he turns back to leave that place his heart nearly skip a beat and he fell to the ground over his butt seeing a figure standing in the middle of the road.
“A child…”Raiden exclaimed as he freaked out seeing a girl standing a few meters away from him and she was looking at him, he was not expecting anyone over there and that child caught him off guard.
“Damn you, kid, how dare you to sacred me like that, don’t you know it’s too late to be out, what in the world you are doing here in the middle of the night” Raiden shouted seeing that girl, he took a deep breath and get up on his feet, and approached that girl who was not looking more than ten years old, he looked into her eyes and wanted to get an answer but to his surprise, she didn’t say anything and she kept looking him.
“Hey brat are you deaf or what,don’t you hear me, tell me what are you doing here in the middle of the night, you almost gave me a heart attack over there,” Raiden asked again as he looked at that girl who was looking at him and giving different vibe.
“My name is Amelia, if you call me a brat one more time I am going to kill you, right at this moment without giving any second thought ” a cold voice reached Raiden’s ear, hearing those words from that girl’s mouth and seeing those serious expressions on that unknown child’s face unconsciously he has taken few steps back fearing her, his back drenched with cold sweat as someone splash the bucket of water over him.
“How dare you…”after taking a few steps Raiden halted his movement and shook his head and tried to maintain his composure and looked at that girl amelia in a serious manner,a moment ago her words alone make him tremble with fear, he didn’t feel any kind of aura from that girl but there was something that is telling him that she is dangerous.
Amelia took a deep sigh and she started approaching Raiden and in response to Amelia’s every single step he started taking steps behind until he tripped on his legs and fell on the ground again over his buttocks.
“What business do you have with yohan,don’t tell me you are here to kill him” in the blink of an eye amelia was standing over his chest and looking into Raiden’s eyes with serious look.

Yohan scratch the back of his head hearing Evelyn’s response and took a cold deep breath looking at the beautiful surrounding where he was sitting with Evelyn as they are facing each other, he felt free at this very moment after all this was the first time he told anyone about his origin and the funny thing is Evelyn didn’t believe him for what he said to her, she took it as a some kind of joke and she thought just like every time she is trying to get away by spouting nonsense to her.
Yohan didn’t stretch the topic too much and he didn’t try to explain himself to her, it was okay for him that she didn’t believe him and treated his truth as some kind of joke, but either way, he was glad that he told her about himself, at this moment he felt that he lessen a heavy burden from his heart that he was carrying from the moment he came here.
Living someone else’s life was not easy for him, but lately, things started going in different ways and he started losing his patience lately and needed someone to whom he told his truth, a night ago Alena asked him whether he is her son or not and that moment he felt disappear in his heart and he almost about to tell her that he is not her son, and wanted to explain that her son was dead, but he couldn’t bring himself to told her knowing that he will lose everything if she comes to know that he is someone else,yohan regretted not telling her about truth, but this moment he told Evelyn without any hesitation and he felt good.
“Stop daydreaming will you, it’s ok if you don’t want to tell me anything related to your sudden personality change, I can understand if you still don’t trust me and thinking me as someone who is going to harm you just because you have some unique ability, I am not going to force you to tell me anything, just don’t make this kind of face, this face doesn’t suit your personality”Evelyn flicked her right hand’s middle finger and hit him between his eyebrows and make him come out from his daze and said those words in a sarcastic yet serious manner.
Yohan snapped out and rubbed the area between his eyebrows and said.”It’s a funny thing that you said earlier”
“I simply told the truth, you still don’t trust me, you are very cautious aren’t you ” Evelyn responded to yohan, hearing Evelyn’s words a smile appeared on yohan’s face.
“What’s so funny, did I say some kind of joke that you are laughing at right now?” Evelyn neared her face and looked into Yohan’s eyes while responding to him in a cold manner.
“The funny thing is that you are saying I don’t trust you,”yohan said as he looked into her eyes without any flinch and he continued”I trusted you with my own life, the soulbond between us is the living proof of my trust, things maybe are not good between us because what happened inside the soul subspace but deep down in my heart I always trusted you and admired you, you said that I amaze you but the truth is you amazed me from the moment I saw you” yohan whispered without blinking.
Evelyn felt a shiver in her entire body the moment those words reached her ears, she was dumbfounded by yohan’s words and her face turned red hearing what he said to her, seeing those embarrassing expressions on Evelyn’s face yohan shook his head and said.
“I don’t mean to embarrassed you with my words, I just…”yohan was about to say something to ease the awkward situation between them but amidst of completing his sentence he felt Evelyn’s slender arms wrapping around his neck along her soft lips over his lips, Yohan’s heart nearly skipped a beat as he felt the touch of evlyn’s lips and his eyes became wide open, but a moment later when his gaze met Evelyn’s gaze and see the different light in her eyes, He forgot everything and closed his eyes Before pulling her into his arms, in instant Evelyn’s chest is pressing against yohan’s chest and her legs are wrapping against his waist.
