Becoming God of a Dystopian World

Zhao Luo had already arrived on the surface. Behind him was the giant tree with the shining golden light radiating from the hilt of the sword that was stuck between the tree trunk.

The shine from the tree was falling on Zhao Luo. 

He had gotten taller and a little sturdier than before. His hair had turned gray but there was a beautiful shine on them.

He could easily get ads from hair product companies but sadly that World was already gone.

This was the new World, which Zhao Luo wasn't familiar with.

His hair had grown so long that it was reaching his ankles. Because of the golden shine falling on the gray hair, he looked mesmerizing.

This was one of the reasons that the disciples of the Xin Mountain Range were staring at him.

Even if his hair weren't like this or the shine from the tree wasn't falling on him, he had looks that were not seen by these two disciples before, so they would have stared at him nonetheless.

Si Chen and Rose, both had their eyes fixed on Zhao Luo. 

As for Zhao Luo, he completely ignored Si Chen and was looking right into the eyes of Rose.

Even though he knew he was 'quite' handsome now but the eyes of the woman in front of him were giving him the same feeling that he felt in the dark space of the book, the Heaven's Tomb.

The eyes of Rose gave out a similar impression forcing him to remember the eyes in the middle when he was pulled into the dark space.

"They are beautiful."

Zhao Luo unconsciously praised her eyes while looking at Rose.

Rose knew that the man in front of him was talking about her eyes as most of her face was behind a veil.

"Thank you." 

Rose thanked Zhao Luo for praising her. There was a tinge of redness on her cheeks. Apparently, single praise from the mouth of Zhao Luo was enough to make her blush.

Si Chen didn't have any words in his mouth after watching this little exchange between Rose and an unknown guy who wasn't even dressed properly.

'Who was Rose?'

She wasn't some ordinary disciple of a sect.

'She was a genius.'

Getting a mark one badge '|' soon after entering the sect was already extraordinary.

Yet her powers were more or less equal to Si Chen. 

Above that, she was one of the top beauties of the Xin Sect. 

And even above that, she was a Royalty of the Xin Mountain Range.

Now the same woman who had a lot of extraordinary individuals as her pursuers. 

They had also praised her like this.

Every one of her pursuers had praised her beautiful eyes, cause it was a fact that just the beauty of her eyes was enough to make her one of the top beauties of their sect.

She had never replied to anyone's praise neither did she ever blush after hearing their praise whatever it may be.

Yet now, what was happening.

She replied to a total stranger and she was also blushing.

'Shit, this thing. Who does he think he is?'

So Chen was angry at Zhao Luo.

He couldn't wait to go over towards Zhao Luo and slash him with his sword. But he couldn't do it as Zhao Luo till now hadn't done anything strange which would give them a reason to attack him.

Zhao Luo looked at the sword in the hands of Rose and pondered for a while. After noticing that the other guy also had a sword in his hand, he asked them.

"Why are you two holding your swords?"

Zhao Luo couldn't ignore the swords.

'What if they attack me suddenly?'

This was what he was thinking.

'Beauties has always been a downfall for many big guys.'

Zhao Luo kept on thinking random thoughts. He couldn't get rid of the only thing he was doing for the last 10 years.

Rose and Si Chen put their swords back in the scabbard at their waists.

"There was a strange roar that we heard coming from somewhere around here and before you came out of the hole, the ground was trembling too. So we thought that there was a beast here."

Si Chen replied to Zhao Luo.

"I see."

Zhao Luo said.

He looked around and noticed that he could only see trees where ever he looked.

'Wasn't I in a building?'

He thought. 

There was nothing around him except the trees and the two disciples of the Xin Sect.

So he turned towards the girl. 

He was walking towards Rose but as he moved closer to her she averted her eyes and looked somewhere else. 

This left Zhao Luo in confusion and he looked at Si Chen.

Si Chen was also looking at Zhao Luo in astonishment.

He hadn't seen such a shameful person before.

He pointed at Zhao Luo. Zhao Luo looked downwards and saw that he could lightly see his body. 

It was then he realized that he was wearing a gown that was almost see-through so if he moved, his 'parts' will be more or less visible to anyone who was looking at him.

Zhao Luo stopped midway. 

At this time, he wanted nothing more than to go back through the hole from which he had come out.

Si Chen walked towards Zhao Luo and came next to Zhao Luo.

He waves his hand and a purple robe appeared on his hand.

Zhao Luo was shocked as the man in front of him had made this robe appear from thin air.

"How did you do this? Are you a magician?"

Zhao Luo asked Si Chen.

Si Chen was dumbfounded. Instead of taking the robe from him as wearing it. The guy in front of him was acting like a mad man and calling him a magician. 

When what he only did was taking out a pre-stored robe from his storage ring.

"Is this your first time seeing someone taking out something from their storage ring."

Si Chen instead of answering Zhao Luo asked a question.

"Storage ring? What's that?"

Zhao Luo asked.

"Wait let me change first then we will talk."

Zhao Luo took the robe from Si Chen's hand and went behind the tall tree to change into that robe.

Rose and Si Chen were waiting for Zhao Luo when Si Chen thought.

'Why are we even waiting for him.'

Then he turned towards Rose and said to her.

"Rose, why don't we ignore this guy and go back to our sect."

Si Chen was thinking of dumping Zhao Luo because he could see where this was going.

A guy in the middle of nowhere comes out of a hole, wearing a weird cloth, and doesn't even know about a storage ring. Above everything else, he was hitting on his Rose openly. 

'How audacious of him.'

The next thing this guy will ask will be tagging along with us.

Rose acted as if she didn't hear Si Chen.

Si Chen knew what her answer was.

So he waited there quietly.

Soon Zhao Luo came back.

He was wearing the neat purple robe that Chen had given him. 

Zhao Luo looked at them and looked at himself and thought.

'Wow, we all look like cultivators.'

What a weird thought to pass through the mind of a guy who has trained in his mind for the last ten years and met 8 Gods.

Yet now he was thinking about how closely he and the other two looked like cultivators.

Zhao Luo went over to Rose and Si Chen and thanked Si Chen for the robe.

"Thank you, mister."

Zhao Lou bowed halfway and joined his hands together showing how thankful he was for a simple robe.

Then he looked at Si Chen waiting for Si Chen's answer.

"You don't know about a storage ring?"

Si Chen knew what Zhao Luo was asking for.

But how could someone not know bout storage rings?

Before Zhao Luo could answer to Si Chen, Rose interrupted.

"Are you one of the people whose World was joined with ours?"

Rose asked Zhao Luo. 

"I don't understand what you are talking about."

Zhao Luo was confused. 

'What? Worlds joined together while I was in that capsule. How can that be? Were there even other worlds except for our Earth?'

"Hmmm, anime."

Rose said a word that Si Chen was unaware of. 

"You are an anime fan??" Zhao Luo instinctively replied to the word that Rose had spoken.

"You are definitely a person of the other world."

Rose was sure of this now. 

This was because one of the housemaids in their household was from the other world.

Her cooking skills were extraordinary as the food she prepared was something that was never heard of before.

When she was asked where she had learned to make such an insanely delicious food, her answer was just like her food that is never heard of before.

"I learned it from my favorite anime."

So Rose asked her thinking that anime was some royal Chef that these people from the other world may use. 

But then she knew what it meant.

The word she had learned from that housemaid came in handy now.

"All the people of the other World who couldn't get to the entry mountains were killed, so how did you survive without climbing to the entry mountain?"

Rose asked Zhao Luo.

Zhao Luo was still confused as he didn't know what had transpired in the time he was in the capsule.

As for Rose, she knew a lot about all the things that happened ten years ago. 

He knew of the voice that her housemaid had heard when she reached the entry mountain.

"Did you hear a voice somewhere around ten years ago?"

Rose asked Zhao Luo. If he was from the other world then he must have heard that voice.

"Hmmm"

Zhao Luo thought.

"Yes I did hear a voice 'congratulating' me but I am not sure if it was ten years ago."

Zhao Luo replied to Rose.

"It's sure now you are from the other world."

Rose said to Zhao Luo.

"Then how did he survive without entering the Entry Mountain of any Range?"

Si Chen questioned. As he also knew a little about the people from the other World and how they had to read the entry mountain to survive.

Both Si Chen and Rose were looking at Zhao Luo and waiting for his answer.

"I, I woke up and the voice congratulated me."

Zhao Luo said. Then he thought that why is he feeling nervous.

It is a blessing to be able to achieve something by sleeping through it. 

"I survived by Sleeping."

Zhao Luo said proudly.
