The world is a very vague concept with all the mysteries surrounding it. How huge, or how many aren't question that should be asked for the world because in this multiverse nothing is certain.

This variety of concepts and forms allows the world to have endless possibilities of what can be or what cannot exist, which also includes powers that change from a world to another.

The world keeps changing and so do the powers as it spans from regular punches and kicks to the universe obliteration. This phenomenon created a lot of concepts in understanding powers and different ideas about them, but most people agree that the powers shouldn't fall into the wrong hands, even if that was for their benefits or the greater good.

However, today a powerful power fell into the hands of what most the people that don't like mass destruction consider... The wrong hands.

"So... This is The Spin" Leo opened his eyes after the technique information has transferred to his mind. The book in his hands decayed instantly before it became dust, but he didn't care about it.

Staring at his hand for a while, Leo smiled as he got a power he never thought he'll have a chance to see at these times.

The Spin is just a technique about spinning objects and stuff, but this technique took the concept of spinning to a whole new level. It is a state of perfect or near-perfect rotation, which produces a unique form of energy.

This technique uses the Golden Rectangle, a rectangle with a proportion equal to the Golden Ratio which is 16:9 that when recursively divided into a square and another golden rectangle, traces the path of the Golden Spiral, a mathematically endless spiral.

Unlike the normal rotation, the Spin is persistent and produces more rotational energy than it takes to create. That rotational energy is transferred to nearby objects in the form of vibrations and can be used for a lot of purposes.

All that it takes for the Spin to start is a simple force to spin the object according to the Golden Rectangle, which allows the start of a perfect rotation and thus an infinite energy, but it takes a lot of training to master the Spin perfectly.

"Well, I have it now so time and learning isn't that of a problem..." Leo waved his hand as he felt that he know how to spin objects with the minimum force needed, but it still needs a lot of training to use it perfectly.

The Spin is deceptively and relatively easy to learn at the basic, as novices can do normal spins within a day. However, it is extremely difficult to master. This technique requires a lot of understanding in fields like anatomy and very fine control to use the spin to its fullest. Like using it to control other people's bodies or control the projectiles after throwing them.

Leo doesn't lack control after having the power of Teigu from the doctor, but he needs to learn more to use the Spin to its full potential.

"... I totally forgot about that" Leo stared at the notification before ignoring it. He's preparing to face the Gacha, and he doesn't think the new member will accept very soon unless he's an idiot.

The revolutionary army didn't believe the information, but their spies said the Empire has been erased from the map like nothing which brought more worries than happiness for the revolutionary army. The third party did it move, and it was a very shocking move that put the entire revolutionary army in despair.

However, they also got information about a huge number of people appearing near the spies base, which gave another surprise to the revolutionary army. What was the reason for the third party to spare these civilians? This only gave more questions for the revolutionary army as they send their forces to check about this event.

Night Raid also knew about the accident and felt shocked as the whole Empire, the reason for their fight until now has vanished like nothing.

Leone stared at her teammates as she sighed. Honestly, she also feels empty now as all that she fought for has vanished like nothing, but on the other hand, she's glad that her friends are still alive and nobody was lost in this, even if this seems temporary as there are other formidable opponents like the bald man.
