Almighty Summoner System

"Yes?" Ban asked dubiously after he was stared by the man for a whole five minutes. 

The man still didn't reply and just stared at him without blinking. 

Ban was confused and felt uncomfortable by the man's actions. 

"Can I help you?" He asked politely. 

"Duel with me!" The man suddenly said, startling Ban completely. 

"Huh?" A question mark appeared on Ban's face, his confused expression strengthened even more.

"I said, duel with me!" The man repeated. 

"Why?" Ban asked as he probed the man in front of him. 

Guessing his age, he must be around 20 plus already. At this age, if one was an ordinary Summoner, they would probably reach the F-Apprentice Rank already. If they are a genius then there's a high chance of them reaching E-Elite Rank. 

The man was slightly shorter than Ban. He has a thin body and was wearing some expensive adventurer outfits. He has a black hair and has a striking appearance, almost similar to that of Ciera. Behind him was a wolf that was over his waist tall. 

"Because, I say so," the man replied with a matter of fact tone. 

"Nope, not interested!" Ban shook his head and finally ignored the man. He thought that the man was wrong in the head. Who would duel someone when they just met a few minutes ago and they still don't even know their name. 

Instead, he concentrated on cooking the dinner and preparing the medicine. 

"Why? Are you afraid? Come on little boy, just one duel!" 

Ban looked at the man;s physique again and then looked at his own. 

Ban is taller and more muscular, who's the little boy now?

Ban shook his head and continued to ignore him. He thought that the man was so dumb for his own good. 

However, the man continued to provoke him for a duel, calling Ban names and other insults that are usually used by kids. 

However, Ban was slowly getting irritated by the man. It's not because of the insults but because of the fact that he's so noisy, like a fly flying around someone's face. Still, Ban was in no mood to fight right now. 

After reading some books, he realized that even if he already has strength, he still could not act arrogantly. In fact, he thought that the persona of Leon that he created was flawed. It was showy and arrogant. Though it was the plan in the first place, he thought that there should be another option for him to attract the others' attention, it's just that he doesn't know of it yet. 

When one is ignorant, one would surely do ignorant things. 

The fly was still buzzing around him even though a few minutes had already passed. Due to the noise around him, Ban could no longer concentrate on what he was doing. 

"Go away." Ban said calmly. 

Although his voice was calm, it carried a threatening tone to it. 

Perhaps, it was because of this the man who was constantly buzzing was enraged even more. 

His face contorted as he clenched his fist in anger. 

"Coward!" The man spat for the last time before he raised his hand up in the air to flick his hair. 

However, Ban who saw this action out of the corner of his eyes, and who was already pretty irritated, thought of this as an act of attack towards him. 

In an instant, a beautiful dagger appeared on his hand. Without spouting any words, the dagger traveled at an extreme speed as Ban turned his body towards the blabbering man. 

The man still didn't even realize that Mr. Death was already behind him at this moment. 

Clang!

The sound of metal colliding metal reverberated around the area. 

Ban stared at the metallic claw of the wolf that blocked his dagger at the last moment. The wolf was shorter so it naturally jumped to block Ban's attack. 

Ban, who saw the suspended wolf, used even more strength to push the wolf away. Meanwhile, a glove was already equipped on Ban's hand and without a pause, he formed a fist punched the face of the wolf. 

The wolf who was midair and didn't have any support was thrown back. It hit the man- it's master, as the two of them were pushed back two meters away from Ban. 

With the commotion happening, all of the people around, except for Rila, were startled by the sudden noise. 

Rila has always prioritized Ban safety so she was aware of what was happening from the start. She was even tempted to interject midway but recalled that she was only supposed to help if Ban called for help, or when his life was in danger. 

However, seeing the man, as well as how he behaved himself, Rila thought that it was unnecessary to butt in. And besides, she recalled just how terrifying Ban's battle powers are. 

So even when the man spouted a lot of insults and threats to Ban, Rila was actually not worried about his safety. However, she was surprised by the fact that Ban could hold it for that long. Anyone who gets insulted and threatened would surely react to it. However, although Ban reacted, he at most held it in and only attacked when the man made a sudden move. 

Rila thought for a moment and decided to remind Ban about not to take insults and threats easily some other day. In life, there are just things that won't stop until you yourself fight for it. She already treated Ban as the successor of Kuys, she thought that it was part of her responsibility to teach him some lessons every now and then. 

In fact, during these two days, the two of them have also interacted quite a lot. She already thought of herself as Ban's big sister. Ban was always considerate to her and would even always say sweet things to her. 

At this moment, the people around, except the three infected people gathered around them. 

Seeing Ban holding a dagger and the man lying not far away with his dog, tension rose on the surroundings as question marks appeared on their faces. However, some naturally realized something and immediately drew their weapon. 

Yakob, who was already tired, was only confused for a few seconds before he reacted. He saw the people beside him draw their weapons one by one, getting ready to fight. 

Just as he was about to tell them to put their weapon down, a woman's voice suddenly sounded from atop the trees. 

"Your name is Yakob, right? Next time, if you bring some dogs and flies, make sure to put a leash or cage them. They're so noisy that my Young Master wanted to stab one of them just now!"
